News release

On January 25, 2020, at approximately 12:20 pm, Thompson Rural RCMP received a report of a missing man in Split Lake.

Officers were advised that a 32-year-old male, from Split Lake, was last seen in the community by a First Nation Safety Officer (FNSO) on January 23, 2020, at approximately 11:00 pm. It was reported that the 32-year-old male ran off into the woods when a FNSO attempted to speak with him.
