RCMP investigating theft from motor vehicle

On Thursday, August 20th, at approximately 7:45 p.m. East Prince RCMP received a complaint regarding the theft from a motor vehicle that occurred at the Cabot Park in Malpeque.

The culprit smashed the passenger window of a Mercedes-Benz convertible, and stole the victim's purse.

Witnesses at the scene observed a male approximately 50 years of age with lighter hair leaving the scene in an older black car, possible a Honda Civic.
