News release

Investigators from the RCMP's Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit are continuing to investigate the homicide of 51-year-old Robert Cambpell. His death followed two serious incidents that occurred on May 24, within two hours of one another in Kings and Hants Counties. The first call to police was a home invasion during the early morning hours of May 24 in Wolfville. The second call was reported a short time after 7 a.m. in St. Croix, where a vehicle was burnt and Mr. Campbell's remains were found inside. The persons involved appear to be known to each other and it does not appear to be a random act.
