On October 10, 2020, at approximately 1:00 pm, Pembina Valley RCMP received a report of an ATV rollover that occurred just north of Stephenfield Provincial Park in the RM of Dufferin, Manitoba.
Initial investigation shows the ATV was coming down a hill into a sandpit when it rolled. The driver and lone rider of the ATV was pinned by the vehicle.
The 14-year-old male from the RM of Dufferin was pronounced deceased on scene. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
A RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist attended to assist with the investigation.
