A 38-year-old man who was charged last week with a variety of offences, including several firearms charges, has now been charged with four additional offences.
On July 14, 2020, the New Brunswick RCMP received a report of an assault that had taken place in the Moncton area. As part of the investigation into the assault complaint, police executed a search warrant at a home on Clarendon Drive in Moncton on July 16, and seized several firearms and other items. A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
On July 17, 2020, Marc Everett Lebouthillier appeared via teleremand and was charged with 18 offences, including assault, sexual assault, uttering threats and firearms offences.
On July 22, he appeared in Moncton Provincial Court and was charged with four additional counts of uttering threats.
Marc Everett Lebouthillier was remanded into custody and is scheduled to return to court on August 7.
