Following a collision north of Newman's Cove on May 28, 2020, a 61-year-old Bonavista man, the driver and only occupant of the vehicle, is deceased.
At approximately 1:50 p.m., Bonavista RCMP received a report of the single vehicle collision. The vehicle had left the road and struck an un-occupied building.
A senior RCMP collision analyst attended the scene. The office of the Chief Medical Examiner has been engaged.
The investigation is continuing.
