UPDATE: Missing woman Sarah Park has been safely located.
Bay St. George RCMP is looking for 17-year-old Sarah Park, who was last seen at 6:00 p.m. August 20, leaving her home in Stephenville.
Police received the report at approximately 9:40 p.m. that night. Sarah Park is described as Caucasian , with brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing a tan coloured tank top and jeans or jean shorts, and carrying a blue and black Roots backpack.
The Bay St. George RCMP have made extensive inquires into Park's whereabouts and have been unsuccessful in locating her. Active patrols are continuing and all potential leads are being followed up on by investigators.
