An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) was seized by Bay Roberts RCMP on Monday, August 10, 2020.
An officer was conducting traffic enforcement in an unmarked vehicle and observed an ATV driving on L.T. Stick Drive in Bay Roberts and then down Country Road. When the ATV came to a stop, the officer spoke with the operator, a 28-year-old Shearstown man, and found that he did not have a valid licence and the ATV was not insured.
The man was ticketed under the Motorized Snow Vehicle and All-Terrain Vehicle Act and the ATV was seized and impounded.
