A 22-year-old woman from Moncton was taken to hospital with serious and potentially life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Moncton, N.B.
On January 29, 2020, shortly after 6:10 p.m., the Codiac Regional RCMP responded to a collision between an SUV and a pedestrian at the intersection of McLaughlin Drive and Westwood Drive.
It is believed that the woman was crossing McLaughlin Drive at the crosswalk when she was struck by an SUV travelling southbound.
The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
