Yellowknife RCMP call for public assistance for missing man

Yellowknife RCMP is asking again for the public's assistance in locating a missing man, a week after the original call for public assistance was released.

Glenn Harold Field, 63-year-old, has grey hair, grey/blue eyes, measuring 178 cm/5 feet 8 inches and weighing 77 kg/169 pounds.

Mr. Field is reported to spend most of his time on the land, in the area of Rolfe Lake, 150 kilometres northeast of Yellowknife and 72 kilometres due east of Gordon Lake. An RCMP search crew travelled to the area, but did not locate Mr. Field.

He is known to have regular contact with people and businesses in Yellowknife. RCMP received a report that he has not made contact recently. Exact date of last contact is not known. RCMP are investigating.

Any kind of information on Mr. Field, even if it does not seem relevant, could be helpful to the RCMP, and could assist with the investigation.
