On July 28, 2019 police from the Prince Albert Detachment were called to the East View Trailer Court for a report of an unresponsive male at one of the residences.
police located Dennis Hyman deceased in a residence. More police resources were called to the residence to assist with the investigation including, RCMP Major Crimes Unit North, Prince Albert General Investigation Services, and Prince Albert and Tisdale Forensic Identification Service. A forensic autopsy is schedule for July 30 in Saskatoon.
Charged with Manslaughter is Lucinda Rose Smith. Her first court appearance is July 30, 2019 at Provincial Court in Prince Albert at 9:30 am.
