Carbonear man wanted on outstanding warrants; RCMP seeks public's assistance
Harbour Grace RCMP seeks the public's assistance in locating 34-year-old David Parsons of Freshwater, Carbonear. Mr. Parsons is wanted in regards to multiple outstanding warrants of arrest for assault, two counts of mischief, failure to comply with an undertaking, uttering threats and failure to attend court.
Police have been looking for Mr. Parsons since mid July, 2019, and have been unsuccessful in locating him.
Parsons has brown hair, blue eyes and is approximately five feet, five inches tall and weighs 163 pounds. Please see attached photo.
