Evidence shows that reading is a therapeutic process that can improve mental well-being. It helps us to better handle social, emotional and personal problems.
Our bibliotherapy collection contains fiction and non-fiction resources, including audiobooks and e-books. We have titles dealing with common mental health and emotional issues:

The collection supports the mental health and wellness needs of cadets and employees.
