Dennis Melvin Howe is wanted for the murder and sexual molestation of a nine year old girl who was found in a refrigerator in the Toronto area in the early 80's.

Dennis Melvin Howe is charged with first degree murder of a nine year girl. Her mother left the girl playing in a parc in the Toronto region; the girl was later found in a refrigerator. An autopsy revealed that she was strangled and molested.

  - scar under left side of chin
  - short crooked fingers
  - weathered complexion
  - small gap between front teeth
  - hairy chest and arms, square shoulders, left handed
  - known to wear a moustache, walks quickly and smokes heavily

  - Jim Meyers
