Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for Fail to Attend Court, Sexual Assault, Sexual Touching

Charles Billone sexually assaulted his 9yr old stepdaughter for approximately 3 yrs stopping only after his daughter spoke to Police. Charles is also believed to have committed further sexual assaults against a friend of his step daughter. Charles was arrested in this matter but released promising to attend court. Charles has not returned to attend court and is currently outstanding on these charges.
