Richard Allen Joseph Goulet specializes in armed robberies of business establishments and safe attacks, using a cutting torch. In the past, he has used a variety of equipment: walkie-talkies, radios monitoring police bands, handcuffs, submachine guns and uses stockings to mask his face. He usually wears expensive casual clothes, particularly suede coats and shoes and wool sweaters. He normally travels by rented cars and aircraft.
