Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for First Degree Murder

On the night of February 22, 2008, Ron Joseph Williams and several other males attended a Toronto residence. At this time, one of the males engaged in a conversation with Jonathan Rodrigues. Ron Joseph Williams then produced a firearm and shot Rodrigues, who later succumbed to his injuries. Williams and the other males subsequently fled the area.

It is believed that Ron Joseph Williams may have returned to his home country of St Lucia. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
