Wanted on a Canada Wide warrant for Second Degree Murder

On September 15 2012, in the attempt to leave a gas station without paying for his gas purchase, TUTIVEN is alleged to have struck the gas station attendant with his vehicle. The attendant died as a result of his injuries.

TUTIVEN was operating a 2000-2003 model year Isuzu Rodeo, silver or beige, with four doors. This vehicle may have stolen plates attached.

TUTIVEN has connections in the area of southern Ontario and in the city of Montreal, Quebec.

CONSIDERED TO BE VIOLENT TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON YOURSELF.

Working in conjunction with the Toronto Police Service, Ontario, Canada.
