Vijayaraja MANICKAVASAGAR

Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first degree Murder

On Saturday, March 20th, 2004, Amretta Singh was shot to death at her home by Vijayaraja Manickavasagar. Her death occurred following a dispute at a Club between her brothers and two Sri Lankan males. As a result of the dispute, three males (one being Vijayaraja Manickavasagar) followed the taxi that was driving Amretta Singh, her two brothers and a friend to their home. Manickavasagar exited the vehicle with a gun and fired off rounds through their front door striking Amretta Singh twice, causing a fatal wound.
