On Saturday March 13th, 2010, the Toronto Police Service responded to a call for a Fail to Remain Personal Injury Accident at a parking lot in Scarborough, Ontario. Upon arrival the lifeless body of 25 year old Nanthi Eashan DHARMARARNAM was discovered. Investigation revealed that Seran KASILINGAM and the victim were involved in a heated exchange after which Kasilingam entered his car and deliberately struck the victim. A few hours later Kasilingam abandoned his car in the west end of Toronto.
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest. Kasilingam is known to have connections in: Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
