Neon Daneyon JEMMOTT
Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder
On Friday September 9th 2005, an apartment occupant gave access to two drug dealers known as "D" and "Stretch".The two drug dealers were to use the apartment for a drug transaction. D has been identified as Neon Daneyon Jemmott and Stretch has been identified as Jason David Browne.
The deceased went to the apartment with another male. They met with Jemmott outside the building and he escorted them upstairs. Inside the apartment Jemmott and Stretch attempted to rob the deceased and the other male. A struggle ensued during which the deceased was shot in the neck and the witness was shot twice.
The deceased and the second victim managed to escape from the apartment, running down the hallway to the stairwell where the deceased collapsed, fatally wounded. The second male escaped and assisted investigators in identifying the suspects.
Both suspects were carrying firearms and may be still in possession of these firearms.
