Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder

On March 12, 1994, a fight broke out at the Palacio Latinos night club, located on Saint-Hubert street in Montréal. The doormen threw five individuals out of the club, including Heylel Cruz.

A few minutes later, Cruz, carrying a firearm, shot at the doormen. One of them, Ervin Mojica, was hit in the chest and died shortly after. Cruz and his companions drove away.

Heylel Cruz has been wanted since for second-degree murder.
