Robert Owen CAVE is being sought by the Toronto Homicide Squad in connection with the murder of Kevin PHOUTHONESY, which occured on November 3rd, 2009. The victim was shot dead in front of his girlfriend in a parking lot in northwest Toronto. A 1st degree murder warrant has been issued for the arrest of CAVE. He is believed to be armed and dangerous. CAVE may be in the Southern Ontario region.
