Sylvain Tétreault who uses the alias of "Sylvano" is known to participate in various criminal activities involving Hell’s Angels. He is a member of the South Chapter. Due to the extent of these activities, the SharQc Operation was established to destabilize Québec’s Hell’s Angels criminal actions. Tétreault is wanted in connection with this operation.

He is an expert welder and could possibly be working in the field of welding, in brazing or in cutting. Tétreault could also be working on the pipeline. He speaks French.
