Guy Rodrigue who uses the alias Malin is known to participate in various criminal activities involving Hell’s Angels. Due to the extent of these activities, the SharQc Operation was established to destabilize Québec’s Hell’s Angels criminal actions. Rodrigue is wanted in connection with this operation and has taken part in 22 murder plots in which he occassionally gave personal orders. The goal was to gain drug markets for the Hell's Angels.

Guy Rodrigue is a founding member of the Sherbrooke Chapter that was created in the 1980's. He is one of Québec's Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives.
