Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for Breach of Conditional Release

Vaclav Starostik is the head of one of the world’s largest trafficking organizations. He was serving a life sentence for Conspiracy to Trafficking Heroin.

Starostik has left Canada without permission for the Czech Republic. He is believed to be in possession of money from the proceeds of crime which would have been available to him when he escaped lawful custody.
