Mohsen DADGAR-KIANI

Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for parental abduction

Mohsen Dadgar-Kiani has been charged with numerous criminal offences against his ex-wife but was allowed supervised visits with his 2 children. On May 20th, 1996 Dadgar-Kiani and his daughter proceeded to a shopping mall in Ottawa Ontario. While at the mall, Dadgar-Kiani took his daughter and with a well planned escape route managed to flee to Iran. The daughter has now returned to Canada, reunited with her mother and brother, however Dadgar-Kiani is still wanted Canada-wide for Abduction and several other criminal offences.

CONSIDERED TO BE VIOLENT. TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON YOURSELF.
