Ernest Couilloneur is a third time federal offender serving a 4 year sentence for Aggravated Assault and Use of a firearm while committing.
Mr. Couilloneur fired seven bullets into the residence of the male victim. Five of these bullets hit the residence and the other two were found lodged in the trunk of a tree in the wooded area. An adult woman and her daughter were in the home at the time of the offence, but fortunately the bullets did not hit anyone. He has an extensive criminal history including: break and enter, forcible confinement, robbery and arson.
