The table below displays, by province and territory, explosives statistics reported to the Canadian Bomb Data Centre (CBDC) by Canadian police services for 2007.
Please note that Canadian police services provide their statistics to the CBDC on a voluntary basis. As a result, the statistics compiled and provided here are not wholly reflective of all explosives incidents that occurred in Canada in a given year. Although there is no mandatory requirement or obligation on the part of police services to report their statistics, continued annual reporting is encouraged and appreciated by the CBDC in order to accurately reflect the number of explosives-related incidents in Canada.
For more information about the terms used in this statistical report, please see Definitions of Terms.
