Wages range from $21.94 - $28.23 depending on years of service.

Applicants will be required to undergo security and personal suitability interviews in the selection of the most suitable candidates. The application process is extensive but it's worth the effort. Only applicants highly motivated to work for the RCMP will complete the selection process.

Application Process:

• Write the Telecom Operator Aptitude Test (TOAT)
• Placed on Initial Ranked List (IRL)
• Complete a Structured Interview Board (SIB)
• Complete a Psychological Evaluation (MMPI)
• Complete a Security Screening
• Complete a Security Interview

Basic Qualifications

• Canadian Citizen
• Fluent in English, Spoken and Written
• 19 Years of Age or Older
• Grade 12 or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Keyboard 40 net WPM
• Fluent in English, Spoken and Written
• Pass Audio Standards
• Pass Medical Standards (PMQ)
• Must work shift work
