It depends upon successful completion of the necessary steps of the selection process. Generally, it takes between 6 to 18 months to fully process an application.
The first step in the RCMP application process is to write our RCMP Police Aptitude Test (RPAT). In order to register for an exam please choose the next RPAT exam date in your area and email your recruiting office indicating which session you would like to attend. You must meet the basic requirements to apply to the RCMP.
