Sergeant Michel Gallant
Originally from St-Louis-de-Kent, New Brunswick, Sgt. Michel Gallant joined the RCMP in March 1987. After working for the Commercial Crime Section and the Protective Services Section in Montréal, he was transferred to the Estrie Detachment where he spent approximately ten years with the Drug Section. Later, Sgt. Gallant was assigned to the Recruiting Section in Montréal where he worked for more than seven years before joining the team of spokesperson of the "C" Division Communications Office in November 2010.
Sergeant Christian Lamarre
Sergeant Christian Lamarre joined the ranks of the RCMP in March 1990. After spending several years in New Brunswick and Ontario, Sergeant Lamarre was transferred to Quebec. In addition to working in a detachment environment, he has also served in various capacities, including Assistant CROPS Officer positions, and Administrative and Operational Assistant to the Officer-in-Charge, East District. In September 2011, Sergeant Christian Lamarre joined the "C" Division Communications Office.
Corporal Luc Thibault
Corporal Luc Thibault joined the RCMP on January 23, 1989 and spent the first 18 years of his career in New Brunswick. In 2007, back in Québec, his native province, he was first assigned to the Montréal Customs and Excise Section and then to Project Access Tobacco with the Sûreté du Québec. Corporal Thibault was appointed Media Relations Officer with the RCMP Communications Office in May 2009.
Constable Érique Gasse
After a long career as a diving instructor, Cst. Érique Gasse joined the ranks of the RCMP in 2007. He spent four years with the Montréal HQ Federal Investigation Section and took part in various special investigative projects. Cst. Gasse joined "C" Division Communications Office in July 2011. In addition to his regular duties, Cst. Gasse is also "C" Division Diving Team Leader.
Corporal Carine Cordey
Corporal Carine Cordey began her career at the RCMP on July 22, 1996. First she worked for close to ten years in Alberta, before she was transferred to the Criminal Intelligence Section at "C" Division Montreal Headquarters. She was later assigned to Montréal-Trudeau Airport Federal Investigation Section, where she performed duties as investigative team leader from 2007 to 2011. Corporal Cordey has been a spokesperson with the RCMP Communications Office since October 2011.
