National Security

Threats to our national security are continually evolving, presenting a challenge to governments and law enforcement around the world. Terrorists and terrorist organizations–foreign or domestic–are increasingly sophisticated. Members are linked through a variety of groups, organizations, cells, or internet portals, allowing them to operate in an environment where borders are virtual and detection is difficult. This “global operations base” emphasizes the importance of an integrated policing approach.
