RCMP respond to House Fire in Middle Musquodoboit, Halifax Regional Municipality, N.S.

North Central RCMP respond to a suspicious house fire in Middle Musquodoboit.

Yesterday morning at approximately 8:58 a.m., RCMP along with Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Services responded to a fire at a residence on highway 224 in Chaswood.

When emergency crews arrived they attempted to extinguish the blaze, but the home was completely engulfed in flames. There was no one at the residence when emergency crews arrived and no injuries were sustained.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
