The RCMP Commercial Crime Program deals with the following enforcement areas:
- Corruption - Investigation of corruption offences as prescribed in the Criminal Code, Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, and other related statutes.
- Fraud - Investigation of major fraud, identity fraud, mass-marketing fraud, and securities fraud.
- Counterfeit - Investigations into the manufacture, distribution, possession or use of counterfeit currency, payments cards, or payment-card data.
- Bankruptcy - In cooperation with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, investigations involving the bankruptcy and insolvency process.
- Other Federal Statutes - As outlined in the Operational Manual, National Headquarters Policy Centers Responsible for Federal Statutes
