Armed Robbery Sentencing, Burton Court, N.B. Twenty four year old Bradley Peach of Oromocto was sentenced yesterday July 3rd, 2003 to 3 ½ years in prison for robbing the Riverside Pharmacy in Oromocto, New Brunswick of a small amount of cash and drugs. Peach entered the Riverside Pharmacy on June 3, 2003 armed with a knife. No one was injured in the incident, and he was arrested a short time later in Oromocto. He was also prohibited from possessing firearms for life. Peach also plead "guilty" to theft under $ 5000 for stealing money from Pizza Delight in Oromocto. Peach was hired in May 2003 to work in the kitchen when he stole the money not long after being hired. He received three months in jail and another three months for breaching an undertaking. The six month total is in addition to the 3 ½ years he received for the armed robbery. Peach also plead "guilty" to two charges of theft under $ 5000 for stealing DVD's and a small quantity of cash from the apartment of a friend he was staying with in May 2003. Sentence - Vol à main armée - Cour de Burton (Nouveau-Brunswick) Le 3 juillet 2003, Bradley Peach, vingt-quatre ans, d’Oromocto, a été condamné à 3 ans et demi d’emprisonnement pour avoir commis un vol à main armée à la pharmacie Riverside d’Oromocto (Nouveau-Brunswick) au cours duquel il s’était emparé d’une petite quantité d’argent et de médicaments sur ordonnance. Peach est entré à la pharmacie Riverside le 3 juin 2003 armé d’un couteau. Personne n’a été blessé dans l’incident. Il a été appréhendé par la police peu de temps après à Oromocto. On lui a également interdit la possession d’une arme à feu pour le reste de sa vie. Peach a aussi plaidé coupable à un vol de moins de 5000 $ au Pizza Delight d’Oromocto. Il avait été engagé en mai 2003 pour travailler dans la cuisine et il a volé de l’argent peu de temps après son engagement. Il a été condamné à trois mois de prison et à trois mois de plus pour avoir violé une promesse remise à un juge. Cette peine de six mois s’ajoute à la peine de 3 ans et demi qu’il a reçue pour le vol à main armée. Peach a également plaidé coupable à deux accusations de vol de moins de 5 000 $ pour avoir volé des DVD et une petite quantité d’argent de l’appartement d’un ami chez qui il habitait en mai 2003.
