Shooting in Lower Norton - A 41-year-old man to appear in court on Monday, Hampton, N.B

A 41-year-old man from Erbs Cove will be appearing in Hampton Provincial Court on February 8, 2010 at 9:30 am to face a charge in connection with a shooting in Lower Norton, NB on February 5, 2010.

The 42-year-old victim remains in hospital in serious condition. The investigation is ongoing.
