Update - Man arrested in connection with shooting, Lower Norton, N.B.

A 41 year old man has been arrested in connection with the shooting that occurred at a residence on Ketchum Road in Lower Norton, New Brunswick earlier today, February 5, 2010.

District 3 RCMP with the assistance of the RCMP negotiation team and the Saint John Police Force Emergency Response Team arrested the suspect without incident in his residence in Erbs Cove, NB. He is presently in police custody.

The investigation is ongoing.
