Convenience Store Armed Robbery, Moncton, N.B.

On December 10, 2009, around 9:30 am, Codiac Regional RCMP officers responded to an armed robbery at a convenience store located at 159 Humphrey Street in Moncton.

A man armed with a weapon entered the Shopping Basket and demanded money from an employee. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen heading East on Connaught Avenue.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male with a slim build, possibly in his mid twenties to early thirties. He was wearing a hoodie, jeans and a dark coloured baseball cap.

The investigation is ongoing.
