Pacific Region Training is responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of training and learning opportunities for all employees within the Pacific Region. We support the Deputy Commissioner Pacific Region in the priorities of developing Leadership and Managerial capacity, while aligning all training directly in support of Operations.

We are committed to moving our organization forward on learning initiatives through the spirit of cooperation with all our colleagues including the Canadian Police College, our Regional partners and locally, the Justice Institute of British Columbia and the University College of the Fraser Valley.

With our colleagues, we believe we have a community of purpose. The training “family” is one where resources are shared for the greater national benefit with the goal of integrating training including Municipal Departments where appropriate.
