The Gazette welcomes letters, articles and comments in either official language. Original (never-before published and issued solely to the Gazette) manuscripts should be submitted to the editor in electronic format (WordPerfect or Microsoft Word) and accompanied by colour or B&W photographs (in JPEG format, 300 dpi) and camera-ready graphics, if available.
The lineup for each issue is decided at least three months in advance of publication. Submissions are subject to editorial review. The Gazette reserves the right to edit for content, clarity and style. The length of articles is at the discretion of the editor.
The Gazette does not pay for submissions or photographs. Authors receive a byline credit and two complimentary copies of the issue in which their work appears.
Letters to the editor may be printed if the editorial staff and publisher determine them to be of sufficient interest to readers and the letters are not derisive in nature.
