As part of two separate ongoing drug investigations, Grand Rapids RCMP executed search warrants at two residences in Misipawistik Cree Nation on April 24 and 25.
On April 24, officers seized 140 grams of cocaine, a small quantity of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Terry Mitchell, 53, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x2.
He was released on a release order.
On April 25, officers seized 6 grams of cocaine, prescription medication, cash and drug paraphernalia.
Christina Thomas, 52, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. She was released from custody with an upcoming court date.
Christopher Arthurson, 33, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Drugs and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. He was also WANTED on an outstanding warrant.
He was remanded into custody.
