On January 4, 2020, at 10:41am, Pukatawagan RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing at a residence in Pukatawagan.
Upon arrival, officers located a deceased 23-year-old male within the residence.
A 30-year-old male, from The Pas, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in The Pas Provincial Court at 10:00am on Monday, January 6, 2020. A 21-year-old female was also arrested and remains in custody. No charges have been laid at this time.
Pukatawagan RCMP along with the RCMP Major Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Unit continue to investigate.
