Man dies in snowmobile collision

A 56-year-old man from New Ross has died following a single vehicle collision involving a snowmobile on Russell Rd. The collision occurred at 8:40 p.m. on January 20. The driver was alone on the snowmobile. The snowmobile left the road, struck some trees and the driver was thrown from the vehicle. He died at the scene.

An RCMP Collision Analyst was called to the scene. The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
