Quantity of food recovered following break and enter into local food bank in Botwood on January 28, 2020.

On January 29, 2020, Botwood RCMP executed a search warrant on a residence in Botwood following a break and enter into a local food bank yesterday. Most of the food has been recovered.

Twenty-six-year-old Tyson Higgins of Botwood was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property. He is set to appear in Grand Falls-Windsor Provincial Court on April 15, 2020.

A second man, 34-year-old Adam Waterman of Botwood, is currently in custody facing charges of possession of stolen property. He will appear in Grand Falls-Windsor Provincial Court sometime today.
