Westlock RCMP respond to trailer fire

The RCMP responded to assist the Westlock County Fire Services at 9:55 a.m. today following a fire that burned a residential trailer to the ground. Investigation determined that one adult male died as a result of the fire.

A fire investigator attended to conduct a scene examination. While the investigation remains underway, there are no indications that this is a suspicious incident. Two adults were in the home at the time of the fire, and one was able to get out of the trailer safely but despite efforts, was unable to get the other out.
