At approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning, Halifax District RCMP responded to a vehicle on fire off of Cow Bay Rd. Upon police arrival, it was determined the fire started as a result of a single vehicle collision. All three occupants of the vehicle died at the scene.
RCMP Collision Analyst has been called in to assist with the investigation. The Cow Bay Rd at the intersection of Dyke Road was closed to traffic for several hours and have since been re-opened.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
