Stanley Mission RCMP: Shots fired resulting in one injured male

Earlier today, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Stanley Mission RCMP received the report of shots fired in the area of Mcleod Street in Stanley Mission, SK.

As a result of the shooting, a 21-year-old male, who was walking along the street, suffered from a single gunshot wound and was taken to hospital by ambulance for what were reported to be serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

RCMP could not locate any suspects or witnesses.

Stanley Mission RCMP are looking to the public for any information that could assist in identifying and/or locating the person(s) involved.
