Saint-Quentin man wanted on warrants in custody

A 29-year-old man from Saint-Quentin, N.B., who had been wanted by police on several warrants has been arrested. Yves Leo Paul Levesque was arrested and remanded into custody by members of the Saint-Léonard RCMP on March 12, 2019, in Saint-André, N.B.

Levesque had been wanted on four warrants issued on January 30, in Woodstock Provincial Court. Levesque also faces charges under the Off-Road Vehicle Act.

He faces a number of charges that stem from incidents in the Perth-Andover, Plaster Rock and New Denmark areas in March and June 2018.

Yves Leo Paul Levesque is scheduled to appear in Edmundston Provincial Court on May 8.
