Sackville RCMP investigating suspicious fire

The Southeast District RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in relation to a suspicious house fire in Memramcook, N.B.

On September 11, 2019, at 7:00 a.m., the Sackville detachment attended the scene of a fire alongside the Memramcook and Dieppe Fire Departments and the Office of the Fire Marshal at a residence on Renaissance Street. There was no one home at the time of the fire.

The nature of the fire is believed to be suspicious and the cause is being investigated by the Office of the Fire Marshal.

Fire crews remain on scene and the investigation is ongoing.
